Assurant Solutions recently hosted a discussion forum centred around digital banking strategies of UK Banks and financial institutions.
Chaired by Douglas Blakey, Editor of Retail Banker International, and Tracey Rogers, International Business Development Leader for Financial Services at Assurant Solutions , the focus of the discussion forum was "Optimising Revenue in the New World Order - How banks can utilise digital to drive profitability in the new regulatory paradigm"
Attended by brands such as, Natwest, AMEX, Citibank, Metro Bank, Visa, Bank of Ireland, Barclays, TSB and Santander, the discussions commenced with the digital strategies that the brands were deploying and the challenges and successes that have resulted.
Held in the centre of Westminster, London, Douglas Blakey challenged the brands to consider if their digital strategies were focused on delivering more cost effective service channels or were more focused on delivering a channel experience for the customer.
