The Device Care Centre (DCC)
Our bespoke facility is designed specifically for Assurant staff and customers, enabling us to work on your devices quickly and carefully whilst always ensuring we take environmental factors into consideration. The DCC capabilities include testing, repairing and replacing broken devices, so that your customers can stay connected and carry-on with their lives with as little disruption as possible.
The centre is designed to provide choice to clients and customers, with bulk repair capabilities to individual phone repair and cosmetic refurbishment, trade in and upgrade and walk-in services. Meaning wherever you are, we can provide more flexibility to taking care of your device.
Our Device Care Centre contributes to the Assurant supply chain, the image below shows how the DCC devices (from either trade-in or upgrade) work their way through the chain to support our client’s demands for connected devices.
